These terms govern the use of hayatt.vip and transportation services provided or arranged by Hayatt Worldwide (“Hayatt”). By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Reservations & cancellations

Reservations can be made online, by phone/text at +1 (415) 425-4396, by WhatsApp, or by email.
Quoted rates are confirmed at booking. Waiting time, additional stops, or route changes may incur additional charges.
Cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking and vary by vehicle type and event.

Service

We monitor flights for airport pickups and adjust pickup times for delays where possible.
Passengers are responsible for personal belongings; please verify the vehicle before exiting.
Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Damage or excessive cleaning may incur a fee.

Affiliate operators

Some vehicles displayed or dispatched may be operated by licensed affiliate transportation partners and are not owned or operated directly by Hayatt. Affiliates are licensed and insured operators selected to uphold our service standards.

Liability

Hayatt’s liability is limited to the value of the transportation service provided. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our reasonable control, though we always work to minimize their impact.
